i appreciated the well maintained rooms they were quite comfortable i enjoyed the good food available at the hotel plus the staff was courteous i also found its proximity to raya commercial area convenient it made accessing nearby facilities easy. the serene balcony views added to the peaceful experience the spacious rooms accommodated us comfortably.
during my stay the limited supply of complimentary drinking water was slightly inconvenient i wish there was a more generous provision in the room

the staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay i appreciated their prompt responses to requests the hotel ensured guests receive assistance whenever needed which improved the overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel served delicious food. The rooms were spacious. My kids loved the play area a lot. The staff was helpful and really very hospitable, so I appreciated that a lot.
The air conditioner in our room did malfunction sometimes, so that wasn't optimal. This happened during a very hot day too.
